So Magic Arena and Friday Night Magic aren't enough for you?!? Never fear, Millenniium Games is ready to answer your gaming needs!!

Every Sunday, Millennium Games hosts two magic tournaments in two distinct formats!! You have your choice of either Legacy (what's that?) or Standard (what's that?) format, and signups start at 12 noon for both tournaments.

Join us at Millennium Games & Hobbies each and every Friday night as we, along with stores around the world, hold a Friday Night Magic (FNM) Tournament!!

Friday Night Magic is designed with fun and playability in mind. The atmosphere is intentionally (somewhat) casual. For example, the results have significantly less impact on players' DCI ratings than most other tournaments. Additionally, the event-specific prize cards are available to other participants than just the winners! Rules enforcement is likewise less strict, with the emphasis on teaching players the correct ways to play the game.

Millennium runs FNM booster drafts every Friday, starting at 7pm. Prizes include special FNM prize cards, like this month's Mulldrifter (pictured at right)!!

Magic Arena presents new challenges for competitive Magic: tG play. Each month players will be able to compete against each other in a different specified multiplayer format.

But wait; there's more!! Millennium also has people on hand to assist you in upgrading your deck for competitive tournament play! Magic Arena is a great way to prepare yourself for other Magic events, including our own Friday Night Magic (FNM)!!

And all of this is absolutely FREE!!

Millennium Games & Hobbies is proud to bring you the excitement and competition of Games Workshop tournament play each and every month - right here in your local hobby store!!

No travel plans, no cramped hotels, no expensive costs; just a $10 entry fee and the convenience and fun of your favorite hometown hobby shop!!

On the 2nd Saturday of each and every month in 2009 we will feature a tournament for either Warhammer Fantasy or Warhammer 40,000. These qualifying tournaments will be run by (almost) all of the current Grand Tournament rules. Click HERE for the GW Tournament Scoring System

Except as stated below, the rules are all the same, and will change as the GT rules change. The only differences are: 

• Army point cost is:
  • 1850 max for Warhammer 40K
  • 1800 max for Warhammer Fantasy
• Painting is not required or counted against your score.
• Models don't have to be wysiwyg (exactly as equipped in the army list, for the uninitiated), but you need to make it clear to your opponent what everything is (some people may want to consider having a constant marker on a unit to designate this).
• You can not have a different model representing a different troop type.
• You can have a model that is equipped one way be fielded another.
• Models can be fielded even if they are an old style (basically old versions of models are legal). 
• There are no age requirements for competitors.

The top two finishers for each of these tournaments will be invited to the Main Event Tournament for their game in December of 2009!!*

Thursday night Open Play Yu-Gi-Oh! has been replaced by a $1 yugioh tournament!! That's still close to free, and now you can win PRIZES!!! The tournaments will be EVERY Thursday and will start promptly at 6:30pm.

Tuesday at Millennium Games is Role Playing Night. Starting at 5 p.m., come down with your favorite game (and your group) and enjoy the atmosphere here at Millennium Games. Our informed, helpful and frequently amusing staff will be on hand to provide informed answers to your gaming questions (as well as the occasional impromtu floor show).
